Pyre — Face in the Flame — Matte Canvas Print — Fire Photography Wall Art

It wasn't planned. The fire was already burning when the face appeared — not painted, not staged, just there. A presence in the flame, looking back.

This is the image that started everything. Shot in the dark with nothing but the fire itself as the light source, it captures the moment the ordinary became something else entirely. The yellow-gold flame on the left holds a face — eyes, a nose, the suggestion of something watching. To the right, cool blue flame drifts like breath. Between them, the dark log anchors it all, indifferent to what it has become.

You may not see it at first. Then you will. And once you do, you won't be able to unsee it.
